We are aware that the financial aspects of care are very important.
Our fees accurately reflect the time and effort extended and the quality of service provided.
As a courtesy to our patients we submit all insurance forms to maximize your orthodontic benefits. Treatment times may vary and a payment plan will be arranged as such. Payment is expected each month as per contract. Payments can be made by cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover.
Payment in full will be discounted.
There is no interest charged on your payment plan. |
